MONROVIA, March 20 (LINA) – The Deputy Director General at the Liberia Lottery Authority has called for the collaboration of the public and security sectors in enhancing safety in the gaming sector.
Speaking to the Liberia News Agency (LINA) Wednesday March 19, 2025, Director Richlue Burphy said the involvement of the security is to ensure safety and the maintenance of peace and development in the country.
According to him, mechanisms have been put in place by the management of the entity to ensure the gaming process is properly regulated.
The Deputy Director maintained that there are rules that ensure how gaming programs are run, and how individuals are involved in the process.
The Liberia Lottery Authority is an Agency of government responsible to regulate gaming programs in Liberia.
Casino, Sports betting, Lotto Games among others are game programs that are regulated by the Lottery Authority in the country.
